Join a fitness family that is passionate, determined, and supportive. Whether you’re here for a day or committed to years, we’ve got exactly what you need.

Our CrossFit program seeks to achieve higher levels of fitness in individuals in ten fitness categories: heart and lung endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. These small group classes will be your on-site support team – they will challenge you, motivate you and try to defy what you think is possible! You will learn to test your limits by performing high intensity and high quality movements that will provide you with a well rounded program that achieves best results in a short time.

I've been a member at three boxes and dropped in at many more. From day one I felt that CFF has been one of the most friendly, welcoming and supportive atmospheres that you can find for pursuing your fitness goals. That vibe stems from the owner, Paul, who takes a personal interest in every member and in helping them pursue their goals. When I first showed up, I told Paul there were three CrossFit movements I've never been able to do and wanted to learn. In a months time he had me doing all three! This place is legit. I would recommend to any experienced CrossFit athlete or anyone who is new and interested!

Joining CF Fairmount was one of the best decisions I've made in 2019 - in fact it was my New Years Goal. I've always been active but shied away from the idea of joining a crossfit gym. I used to think that it would be "too intense" for me until I finally decided to give it a go. All I can say is that I am sure glad I did! The community at CF Fairmount is incredible. Everyone is welcoming, coaches are great, present, and hands on, and you always have a friendly dog greeting you at the door. It's a workout I enjoy going to after working a 10hr shift and being on my feet all day. I like the challenge, seeing myself improve, and most of all the friendly faces that have now turned into friends.
