Molly is a NewfyPoo (that's a Newfoundland - Poodle mix for all you two legged friends). She has been greeting members at Crossfit Fairmount since 2018. Her favorite wods include 1 hour AMFAP - As Many Fetches As Possible and Max Pets - finding the member who will give the most pets during the wods. She is very friendly but has been known to bark at a few no reps from time to time.
