On Ramp

New to CrossFit? Our On Ramp series is where you will want to start!

On Ramp consists of a series of six ‘1 hour’ classes spread out over a 2 week period. These are small, core group classes (only 6 students per class) allowing us to ensure each individual receives adequate attention to help them build their skills and confidence. On Ramp will teach students the basic movements of CrossFit and includes a beginner’s WOD to help athletes transition into a CrossFit program.

*The successful completion of On Ramp is required for participation in CrossFit classes.

Group Classes

All of our group classes are led by a certified coach. Each class is 1 hour long and consists of a warm-up, strength portion, and a WOD (workout of the day). A coach can help to scale the movements if necessary.

Open Gym

We offer open gym Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm, Saturdays at 11 am and Mon-Thursday during the 7:30 pm class. You can do the workout of the day, skill work or any other WOD you'd like to concoct. A coach is always present to help answer any questions or review movements and skills.

YOGA

We practice yoga at the box! Our certified Yoga instructor leads a challenging session which focuses on stretching and strengthening muscles used during the week's programming. Classes are free flowing and low key where members have the opportunity to request certain movements or focus areas

GOAL WORK COACHING

Our coaches are happy to work with individuals to develop more skills or improve technique outside of the group classes.

Nutrition

We have a registered dietitian on staff who is happy to help with nutrition and nutrition related goals. Members can schedule time for a nutrition consultation, as well as email any questions. Throughout the year, CFF holds several nutrition challenges to motivate members to incorporate more fruit, vegetables, protein, etc. into their daily meals..

Gymnastics

On Saturdays and Sundays, we have a class which focuses primarily on developing strength and fundamentals for the gymnastics movements found in Crossfit.

We use the Zen Planner App for members to reserve their slot for our classes. To reserve your spot, download the app and select the class you want to attend. OR Stop by THE GYM to learn more.
